After securing funding for his dream project, Medellin, Vince, Eric, Drama and Turtle head to the jungle to start filming. Eric clashes with the director over the budget of the movie, while Ari works to secure Vince's next project back in LA. Weeds Season 4
Weeds is one of those....unconventional shows. This is the series (along with the excellent Dexter) that signified that the pendulum had swung Showtime’s way when it came to original programming. For those of you that need a comparison to existing shows, Weeds falls somewhere around Sex and the City for shocking subject matter and somewhere around 30 Rock for quality laughs. Weeds will never be one of those shows for everyone, the subject matter and basic pro-pot premise guarantees that, but it is a quality show with great acting. Usually there are two or three blow-away, laugh out loud funny lines in each episode. This show has a heart, great characters, and spends some time delving into the state of America today…at least in terms of what role drugs play in American life.
